With the constant rain on the road we are experiencing a new problem, rutting and potholes in the winter. There is not much we can do at this point. If we fill them with gravel it will only quickly wash out. We constantly go back to the problem of not

Please be aware that the road will be closed at #1559 on Wed, Sept 16th from 9am till 1pm for sluice work. Also we will be doing separate work on the road that day which will not effect traffic.
We are working with Deer Trail to bring High Speed Internet to the lake. This is a letter that was sent to Clarity Connect from our Associations asking them to include us in the build-out of the High Speed Internet. We will keep you posted on progress.
The attached document was issued by the NYS DEC in response to communication from members of the Association and a formal discussion with Senator Nozzolio’s office. The state was a bit slow addressing concerns raised by our members. Senator Nozzolio was able to get us better information and follow up
Ann MacNamara recently posted regarding the alarming rise in green goop in our normally pristine waters and indicated that many neighbors were voicing concerns. On Tuesday, july 21 there will be a delay at the start of the road, we will be installing a sluice across the road by camp Gregory, shouldn’t be long but about an hour, we will start about 10:30 am.
