Please be advised that the annual meeting will be held on May 17, 2025 at 2 PM at Ledyard Town Hall, 1099 Poplar Ridge Road, Aurora.

Members should have received an email from Honoco Secretary titled “Do not respond directly. Meeting notice, agenda, bylaws, website”. Attached to this email you will find the Agenda (2025 Honoco Inc agenda for members.docx) and it includes instructions to join the meeting by Zoom.

The 2025 and any past Dues need to be paid in full to attend for voting purposes. If you still need to pay your dues, the form is here: 2025 Dues Form

  • Bylaws set up in 1999, HONCO INC Corporation 1955.   Bylaws need review and Adopted May 1, 1999, Revised: July 2005,  March 2017, and January 2025 (Tina Morse)
  • The memberships are for each tax parcel to keep private road passable for fire/rescue/utility/members and homeowners.   The intent is not to fix and repair each parcel.  1 vote per each paid membership. 
  • Owners are responsible for their parcel (s).  
  • Board: President, Vice President/Secretary, Treasurer at 3-year terms
  • Stipend  1.5% per position per Bylaws
