Good Morning Members of Honoco Inc!
I am Tina Morse (Steve’s wife) and am asking for your input per board request. We have set up the Survey Monkey to obtain input from our members.
Please do not respond ALL from this email.
You can respond back to Honocoinc2024@gmail.com (sender). On the Directory at honoco.org you can find member’s emails.
In this survey “vote by computer proxy” there are 9 questions of which 3 are mandatory. Per Bylaws 10% meets quorum. I can be reached at 607-342-1442 if you have any questions about the survey.
There are two votes for consideration
- Hire a bookkeeper for records and reporting. About $12 per member per year (will not affect 2024 dues).
- Utilize technology (email/survey instead of mail) to cast membership vote (proxy by computer).
Only one vote per membership (must have paid 2024 dues).

Of note: I sent a separate email with the link to the members who are due for 2024. In addition, paper mailing to the member’s without emails.
